Objects on a Form
In the example below, three objects have been added to the form.
By AdminOnce you have placed your objects where you would like them to appear on the form, you will want to view the form as a user would. Up until now, you have been in what is referred to as the ‘Design’ view.
By AdminCaption is the name that displays in the title bar at the very top of the form. In the example below, the Caption field was edited to display "Add/Edit Suppliers"
By AdminOnce the Record Source has been identified, Access provides the ability to easily drop objects onto the form. In the toolbar near the top of the page, click on the button called Field List. (In the example below, it is located directly under Adobe PDF. It looks like a piece of paper with writing on it.)
By AdminIf you click on the Auto Center, a drop down arrow will appear to the right of the field. If you click on the arrow, two values will appear for your selection. You can select from options Yes or No.
