Code Window

The Code window is found to the right of the Project Explorer. It displays the VBA code for the object currently highlighted in the Project Explorer. If the Code window is not visible when you open the Microsoft Visual Basic window, you can make it visible by selecting Code under the View menu.

Project Explorer

The Project Explorer can be found in the top left portion of the Microsoft Visual Basic window. It is a hierarchical listing of the objects recognized by VBA. If the Project Explorer is not visible when you open the Microsoft Visual Basic window, you can make it visible by selecting Project Explorer under the View menu.

Record Source

The purpose of the Record Source property is to set the source of the data for the report. You can set the Record Source property to a table name, a query name, or you can build your own SQL statement by invoking the Query Builder. You can invoke Query Builder by clicking on the button with the three dots to the right of the Record Source property.
